Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time has been specifically reserved for you, thus if you are unable to attend, we ask that you provide us minimum 48 hours notice.

We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for patients who provide less than 48 hours notice or who fail to attend an appointment without notice.

Fees and Payment

At Prévost Dental Care we follow the fee guide established annually by the Ordre des Dentistes du Québec and the Association des Chirurgiens Dentistes du Québec.

We accept the following methods of payment: cash, debit, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Payment plans can be arranged for more extensive treatment plans.

Financing is available through Dentoplan and we are here to help you in the application process.
